Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused yarn or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
